All workers must be informed of these guidelines by the person in charge. Display as a reminder. download these guidelines here
3. Do NOT touch sticky buns with bare hands. Use a spatula and/or food service gloves. Licking fingers is
never permitted. Wash hands immediately if you forget. Do not eat sticky off trays or spatulas.
4. If needed make half dozen boxes, line with foil and put on stickers.
5. Use pot holders to carry the hot trays.
6. Use spatulas to box the buns, scrape extra sticky from trays into YOUR garbage can and return trays to us
as soon as possible.
